Turkey and Stuffing Burgers
1 1/2 cups leftover roast turkey
4 cups leftover cooked stuffing
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 450. Grease jelly-roll pan. In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse turkey until chopped. In large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing and eggs until well mixed. Form into 8 mounds. Place them 2 inches apart on pan and flatten mounds. Roast 20 minutes, without turning over.
